Governance

NewAge is committed to strong corporate governance and has an experienced Board with clear direction and accountability.

  • Apart from the Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer, all other Board members are non-executive directors from a wide range of energy, investment and financial backgrounds
  • The Board currently has three standing committees, namely Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Technical, each of which has the right to engage independent counsel and advice as deemed necessary

Our Code of Conduct sets out our core values and the standards expected of the Company’s directors, officers, staff and contractors:

  • Maintain vigilance throughout all transactional and reporting activities
  • Act honestly in good faith and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Deal fairly, honestly and openly with shareholders, business partners, host governments, suppliers and community stakeholders
  • Ensure that personal interests do not conflict with those of the Company
  • Prohibit and not tolerate acts of bribery or corruption
  • Provide and maintain a culture where employees or others working for us are able to confidentially raise concerns related to our business practices
